Processing of Personal Data<\/h2>

BERICALCE SRL, with registered office in Via Piave, 23, Isola Vicentina (VI), Italy, and with VAT number and tax code 04346470240 (hereinafter the \u201cData Controller\u201d), is the Data Controller of personal data pursuant to Legislative Decree 196\/2003 and subsequent amendments – Privacy Code (\u201cPrivacy Code\u201d) – and EU Regulation 679\/2016, applicable from May 25, 2018 – General Data Protection Regulation (\u201cGDPR\u201d, hereinafter the \u201cApplicable Legislation\u201d). hereinafter \u201cApplicable Legislation\u201d). <\/p>
